3. Data Collection and Processing
The type of data collected depends on which service (app, game, or website) you use:
- Websites: When using my websites, server log files (e.g., IP address, browser type, date/time) are automatically collected, which are necessary for technical provision (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
- Apps and Games: By default, I do not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it to me (e.g., via email support). Depending on the app, anonymized crash reports or device data may be processed to fix bugs.

Some of my apps, games, or websites may use third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, app stores like Google Play or Apple App Store, or anonymized analytics services). These providers may collect their own data (such as IP addresses). The processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
